So encouraging to hear that your martial arts journey is still very important you Sue even after many years and that you still strive to inspire people in many ways. I train mainly because if I stop I feel like a part of me is missing and to feel whole again I need to train, whether it’s a stretching session, a technical session, or an old fashioned 200 Mae Geri’s session. It feels like Martial arts is the battery inside me keeps me going physically and mentally. Have a great week. Osu!!
